One job, done properly: Protect your plants from the sun’s harsh rays.
WHAT IT IS
Developed in the Palm Springs desert area, where we understand exactly what the sun’s harmful can do to delicate plants. Easy to assemble, easy to reposition, simple to put away. It blends into the landscaping and can cover large potted plants on an apartment balconly.
Real shade, not draped
Specifically-designed shade umbrella cuts up to 90% of damaging UV while letting air and light filter through, so plants keep growing instead of storing the heat.
Designed to be visually appealing
Tan or green canopy on a clean profile. It reads as part of the landscape design, not a hardware-store fix draped over your best landscape.
Sets up in minutes and stores away just as quickly
Four stakes and a spade anchor go straight into soil or a pot. Follow the sun through the day, or when season ends pack it into the carry bag.
The difference is visible from the patio.

Makeshift and everywhere
DIY covers, bedsheets and propped-up cloth. They work, more or less — and they diminish the landscape you spent years cultivating.

I have spent decades in landscape development.
Then watched people cover them with shade cloth thrown over wooden stakes.
I’ve had the privilege of serving as General Manager at La Hacienda Nursery & Landscape. For over a decade every summer I’ve watched desert temperatures climb into the triple digits for months at a time, creating some of the toughest growing conditions for plants.
In the landscape industry, protecting valuable plants from extreme heat and intense UV exposure is part of our everyday job. Whether it’s delicate sago palms, pygmy date palms (Robeline palms), young citrus trees, or countless other ornamental plants, we’ve traditionally relied on the same method: four wooden stakes with shade cloth draped over them.
While functional, it’s time-consuming, unattractive, and far from an ideal solution.
That challenge inspired me to create something better.
Over the past two years, I’ve taken an idea from concept to prototype and, finally, to a finished product—a professional, attractive, and easy-to-install shade solution designed specifically to protect plants from the harsh summer sun.
This product was created by someone who has spent decades in the landscape industry and understands the challenges professionals and homeowners face every day.
Summer season is already here.
Your plants can't wait it out.
Pick a size, stake it in, and stop improvising shade every time it starts to get hot.
